Norrin is hiring an AI Engineer for its Applied AI team to design and build AI solutions, including AI agents, RAG systems, large language models, and traditional machine learning systems. The role involves Azure AI foundations, Python software engineering, CI/CD, production MLOps, API and database integrations, and balancing technical feasibility with business value. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of software or data application experience with an AI/ML focus, cloud development experience preferably in Azure, strong Python and software engineering skills, and fluent Finnish and English.
