Description
Oak is hiring an AI Engineer to design and own the company-wide agentic infrastructure. The role involves architecting and shipping production-grade agentic capabilities, building AI agents that operate across Oak's identity graph, evaluating and integrating LLMs and agent frameworks, and partnering with R&D and product leadership to identify high-leverage automation opportunities. The position requires 8+ years of backend engineering experience, production LLM agent-system experience, strong microservices and asynchronous-systems expertise, and a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
