Optiver is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its AI Engineering team to build and operate an internal AI engineering platform. The role focuses on architecting and deploying AI systems, designing agent evaluations, integrating models and third-party services, collaborating with customer-facing teams, and maintaining reliable, tested production software. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field, at least four years of software or machine learning engineering experience, strong Python and AI/ML skills, and experience developing AI agents.
