Description
Pathwork is seeking an AI Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of agentic AI systems, designing and owning end-to-end systems such as retrieval, orchestration, inference, evaluation, and feedback loops. This role involves scaling the architecture across various components like model interfaces, data pipelines, vector databases, and streaming infrastructure. The AI Engineer will also partner with product and design teams to prototype, test, and launch AI-driven features, continuously optimizing accuracy, latency, and robustness. Additionally, the role includes understanding real-world pain points through sales and customer interactions, supporting overall company growth by building infrastructure and tools, and mentoring a team.
