Description
Socratix AI is hiring an AI Engineer to design and ship production AI agents for fraud and financial crime investigations. The role covers LLM orchestration, MCP integrations, retrieval, multi-agent workflows, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop review. The engineer will work closely with founders on product strategy, experiment with models and tooling, and deliver systems that support regulated financial institutions and fintechs. The position requires roughly 2–4 years of engineering experience or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability, offers 100% health, dental, and vision coverage, and follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.
