Pytho is hiring an AI Engineer to build and deploy machine learning models across the full lifecycle, including data exploration, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, production monitoring, scalable data and inference systems, and robust testing and CI/CD. The role also involves prototyping and benchmarking LLMs and multimodal systems, working with founders, and traveling up to 15% to engage with Department of Defense partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, strong software and machine learning fundamentals, hands-on experience with ML frameworks and real-world datasets, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.
