Ravenna is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production systems that integrate large language models into real product workflows. The role spans prompt pipelines, tool integration, retrieval and knowledge systems, evaluation frameworks, backend infrastructure, product features, and engineering practices focused on reliability, observability, performance, and scalability. Candidates should have at least five years of experience building production systems, production LLM systems, evaluation frameworks, retrieval and embedding systems, and a strong understanding of language model fundamentals.
