Reflow is hiring an AI Developer to build, optimize, and maintain agentic AI pipelines for automation and workflow intelligence. The role involves prompt engineering, context tuning, model orchestration, vector databases, RAG, and iterative model improvement, while collaborating with engineers and product teams to integrate AI systems into real-world workflows.
