Description
ROSSMANN is hiring an AI Engineer to develop production-ready agentic AI applications, copilots, and agents within its Microsoft and Azure ecosystem. The role covers designing and operating solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and the Model Context Protocol; integrating data, knowledge, and enterprise systems; building prompts and knowledge sources; testing and optimizing agent responses; and establishing secure, scalable technical prerequisites. Candidates need an IT-related degree or comparable qualification, practical AI application or agent development experience, programming and API integration skills, and experience with generative AI or intelligent assistant systems. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, 50% mobile working, and other employee benefits.
