Superhuman is hiring an AI Engineer in Porto to help build an AI-native productivity platform featuring multiple collaborating AI agents. The role focuses on agent orchestration, routing, planning, machine learning systems, search ranking, proactive suggestions, and integration with modern LLMs. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a machine learning engineer or applied research scientist, strong knowledge of ML, NLP, and LLMs, experience building LLM-based products, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
