Description

AI Engineer responsible for designing, building, deploying, and continuously improving enterprise-grade conversational and agentic AI systems. The role covers LLM and RAG development, multi-agent orchestration, hybrid vector and graph search, Azure-based enterprise integration, secure backend services, MLOps/LLMOps, governance, observability, performance optimization, and production operation of GenAI products.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience building end-to-end GenAI and agentic AI products with backend services and frontend web applications.
Experience implementing RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured enterprise data.
Experience with high-performance, large-scale machine learning systems in production.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, and Copilot.
Experience with vector and graph databases including Azure AI Search, Neo4j, and Databricks Vector DB.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark; familiarity with JavaScript is beneficial.
Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experience implementing GenAI safety guardrails, privacy controls, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps, including model and prompt versioning, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and logging.
