Tessera Labs is hiring a production software engineer to own the systems that support its multi-agent enterprise transformation platform. The role covers agent orchestration, tooling, retrieval, context management, classical machine learning, evaluation, monitoring, auditability, guardrails, and production incident diagnosis. It requires at least three years of production software experience, recent LLM-systems experience, strong Python and TypeScript skills, and a systems-oriented approach to reliable, auditable enterprise software.
