Turn/River Capital is hiring an AI Engineer to build and ship autonomous AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for revenue operations across its portfolio companies. The role focuses on pipeline creation and advancement, forecasting, renewal automation, churn prediction, retention analytics, and other revenue workflows, while partnering with sales, customer success, finance, data, and portfolio-company teams. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model and offers an annual base salary of $170,000–$180,000 plus benefits.
