Description
Vooma is hiring an AI Engineer for its founding team to train, fine-tune, and deploy multimodal foundation models for real-world freight-automation workflows. The role owns the full lifecycle from experimentation through validation, deployment, monitoring, and production adaptation, including evaluation, data flywheels, negative mining, live learning, and integration with engineering and product. Candidates need production experience with modern foundation models, fine-tuning and dataset construction, and familiarity with Python and TypeScript-based systems. The position is based in person in San Francisco, California, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
