Vouch is hiring an AI Software Engineer to build and operate durable, auditable, and measurable LLM agent systems for judgment-heavy insurance work. The role covers end-to-end agentic workflows, durable execution, model evaluation, observability, event and data infrastructure, API design, authorization, and production reliability. Candidates should be AI-native, experienced with LLM agent systems and production service fundamentals, fluent in strictly-typed code, and comfortable with early-stage startup environments. The position offers hybrid flexibility with at least three office days per week and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
