Workday is hiring an AI Engineer for its Agent Factory to design and build production-grade machine learning systems for next-generation AI agents. The role owns model, agent logic, and orchestration layers across the full lifecycle, including data strategy, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Additional Information

2+ years with machine learning and deep learning frameworks

1+ years working with LLMs, text generation models, or graph neural network models
3+ years with cloud computing platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s or PhD degree
