Description
The AI Software Engineer will design, build, and productionise AI-enabled products and services using large language models, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks. The role involves rapid prototyping, hands-on development of web applications and services, integration with C#/.NET, React or Angular, Python, Azure, and DevOps, and the use and review of AI coding assistants. It also includes evaluating AI solutions, establishing guardrails and observability, leading small business projects, coaching the team on AI tooling, and challenging established development processes. The position requires at least 10 years of commercial software engineering experience, experience with AI and agentic technologies, and is based in the UK with hybrid working and regular office travel.
