Description
FLEX Capital is hiring an AI-Engineer - Dealflow to build and continuously improve an AI product and tool for identifying and reaching software and technology companies in the DACH region. The role develops target-screening and prioritization logic, automated data acquisition and enrichment, intent-detection workflows, multichannel outreach, dashboards, and sourcing-process improvements. The engineer will work with the FLEX Leadership Team, Investment Team, and Data & AI Team, requiring at least 2–3 years of experience building AI-based products, Python, Docker, Azure, LLM APIs, CRM data, and a relevant MINT degree.
