Responsibilities include designing resilient distributed systems, building scalable backend services, improving performance, and mentoring others. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI systems, particularly in large-scale retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, multi-agent orchestration, and explainable decision intelligence.
