American Express is hiring an AI Engineer Intern for its Enterprise Technology Services organization as part of a 10-week Summer Internship Program. The intern will contribute to real-world enterprise AI projects by building software, collaborating with Agile teams, and supporting areas such as machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, data pipelines, retrieval patterns, model evaluation, AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled software features. The role involves working with engineering, product, data, security, and business stakeholders to design, validate, integrate, monitor, and govern reliable and secure AI solutions in a global enterprise environment.
