Description
The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features in production applications, integrating large language models through backend services, APIs, RAG systems, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering. The role owns end-to-end delivery, collaborates with software, data, and product teams, and works with large codebases and scalable systems. It requires a computer science or engineering degree, 4–5 years of product-focused software or AI engineering experience, Python and backend experience, LLM integration experience, and a Colombia location.
