Description
The AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize prompts and agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications, including MCP tool integration, RAG, retrieval mechanisms, agent architectures, and context management. The role involves collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams; evaluating AI response quality; ensuring security, compliance, and responsible AI practices; and supporting deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Required capabilities include hands-on LLM experience, prompt engineering, LLM API and application integration, RAG and vector-search workflows, NLP and hallucination mitigation, and healthcare data privacy practices.
