Welltower is hiring an AI Engineer, Platform and Data to build and maintain scalable data pipelines, model and agent orchestration layers, and APIs. The role owns data quality, reliability, access control, data governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while converting one-off solutions into reusable platform capabilities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least six years of backend, data, or machine learning infrastructure engineering experience, and the ability to work on-site in the New York City metropolitan area. The New York base salary range is $160,000 to $220,000, with bonus, equity, retirement, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
