Kharon is hiring a full-time AI Engineer, Retrieval & Agentic Systems in Madrid, Spain. The role owns and evolves Corestream, a risk-intelligence platform, by improving semantic search, integrating graph-based insights, developing narrative-generation pipelines, and optimizing search and relevance metrics. The position requires 3+ years of Data Science or AI Engineering experience, hands-on semantic search and RAG experience, production agentic-systems experience, and proficiency in Python and SQL. It offers a hybrid arrangement of three days per week, an annual salary of €85,000–€95,000 plus a discretionary bonus, and an 180-day probationary period.
