Description
BCG is hiring a Technical Lead for Agentic Automation to define the technical direction of an enterprise AI platform that automates repeatable work across Tech@BCG functions. The role will design, build, and fine-tune AI models and agent systems, including RAG pipelines, prompt and context engineering, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade agents using Azure and AWS, MCP, event-driven architectures, and agent orchestration frameworks. The lead will establish engineering standards, guide implementation decisions, mentor engineers, lead architecture reviews, and ensure systems are secure, resilient, observable, and aligned with enterprise governance and Responsible AI principles. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, and demonstrated enterprise AI and agentic-architecture expertise.
