Description
Lynx is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI systems, including agent pipelines, orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, memory architectures, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, retrieval infrastructure, RAG evaluation, observability, and production monitoring. The role also involves translating client requirements into technical designs, establishing reusable development patterns, and collaborating with data engineers, project leads, and client stakeholders. Candidates need 5–8 years of software or ML engineering experience, including 2–3 years building LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production, along with expertise in agentic frameworks, LLM APIs, Python, software engineering practices, and vector or knowledge-graph databases.
