Description
The role partners with engineering teams to observe workflows, identify opportunities for AI automation and agentic assistance, and design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations. Responsibilities include translating engineering processes into AI-ready specifications, collecting user feedback, measuring impact, documenting solutions, and scaling work. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant technical degree and have hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks; Python, workflow automation, RAG, Git, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure are preferred.
