Orlop AI Tech is hiring an AI Engineering Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for an existing AI platform and team. The role combines AI architecture, product roadmap development, production code, deployment, troubleshooting, customer-facing workshops, and the development of AI agents, RAG, automation, and data-driven applications. The position requires prior production AI and software systems experience, technical team leadership, strong Python, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node, cloud, and DevOps skills, and fluent German and English. It is based in Wiesbaden with at least three days per week onsite and offers an attractive fixed salary plus performance-based compensation.
