PwC Poland is hiring an AI Engineering Lead to design and implement modern applications, contribute to high-performance solution architecture, support deployments and client presentations, and mentor junior developers. The role requires advanced Python and software development lifecycle experience, cloud and database knowledge, deep LLM expertise, prompt-engineering and orchestration skills, and experience with RAG, AI deployment, monitoring, scalable systems, APIs, microservices, and enterprise security. The position is remote.
