Description

Global technology company role leading two GenAI teams to build AI-driven solutions for advertising campaign analytics, insights, and automation. The AI Engineering Manager will guide conversational agent and platform work, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and drive technical delivery using Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, NestJS, LLM/agent frameworks, REST/SSE/WebSockets, SQL/PostgreSQL, and automated testing. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years leading engineering teams
6+ years building customer-facing full-stack applications
2+ years hands-on Python experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vector databases
Familiarity with columnar data warehouses like Vertica
Experience with AWS and boto3
Experience with MCP, A2A, or text-to-SQL solutions
Familiarity with feature-flagging platforms such as Unleash or LaunchDarkly
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Willingness to participate in pager duty rotations
