Description
The role leads a team of AI engineers responsible for building generative AI solutions, agentic systems, and LLM-integrated applications. Responsibilities include developing team capabilities, overseeing solution delivery, aligning AI initiatives with business outcomes, and balancing people leadership with technical program execution and stakeholder alignment. The position normally reports to a Senior AI Manager or AI Engineering Director and requires a degree plus 8–10 years of experience.
