Description
Everpure is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of AI engineers and data scientists while defining the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying high-performance NLP and computer vision models, overseeing system architecture, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and participating in hands-on research and prototyping. The position requires prior experience leading technical teams through complex AI/ML projects, deep NLP and computer vision expertise, strong collaborative leadership, and the ability to communicate technical strategy to business leaders. It is primarily an in-office role based in the Prague office.
