SQUER is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to introduce and operationalize AI-assisted engineering in client teams. The role covers coding assistants, agents, spec-driven development, guardrails, quality and cost controls, AI readiness assessments, legacy-system replacement planning, and technical workshops with CTOs, architects, and development teams. Candidates need several years of development experience, including a lead or senior role, hands-on AI-assisted coding, knowledge of LLMs, agents, RAG, CI/CD, testing, and fluent German and English. The position offers hybrid work, a €5,000 annual training budget, and an annual gross salary of €75,000 to €95,000.
