Anju Software is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead Development and QA teams while owning product architecture, delivery outcomes, AI/LLM-integrated system design, reliability, security, governance, and AI-first engineering practices. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, orchestration frameworks, scalable distributed systems, cloud platforms, monitoring, experimentation, and CI/CD automation. The manager will mentor engineers, ensure predictable production-ready releases, and coordinate with Product, Data, and DevOps. The position requires 7+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
