Visium is hiring a permanent AI Engineering Manager in Barcelona or Zürich to lead client-facing AI engagements, oversee the development and delivery of impactful AI solutions, manage stakeholders and teams, track ROI and commercial performance, resolve delivery challenges, and cultivate senior client relationships and new business opportunities. The role requires a background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Computer Science, strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and relationship-management abilities, and extensive experience working with C-level stakeholders. English fluency is required, while French and/or German are advantageous.
