Lenovo is hiring an AI Engineering Sr. Project Manager in Beijing to lead the planning, product design, and commercialization of CSAS full-stack customer-service AI solutions. The role focuses on ToB customer needs, industry AI Agent solutions, workflow and multi-agent architecture, RAG, tool calling, and the balance between customer expectations, product requirements, and technical feasibility. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of ToB commercial product design experience, and strong knowledge of AI Agent, workflow, RAG, and large-model capabilities.
