Artech is hiring an AI Evaluation Engineer in Tampa, Florida for a six-month engagement. The role defines evaluation strategies and success metrics for AI agents, builds test scenarios, develops automated evaluation pipelines, analyzes agent traces, and collaborates with AI engineering and product teams. Candidates must have generative AI and LLM knowledge, Python and API experience, familiarity with AI evaluation tools, and prior client or industry experience; applicants must work directly for Artech on W2.
