Description
Fireworks is hiring an AI Field Engineer to work with enterprise customers and technology partners, embedding on-site to build production AI systems. The role combines hands-on software development, POC and MVP delivery, inference and model-serving architecture, fine-tuning, evaluation, load testing, and customer stakeholder management. Candidates need at least five years of customer-facing technical experience, strong Python, cloud and GPU infrastructure experience, and knowledge of the LLM stack, including inference, model serving, and fine-tuning workflows.
