Description
The AI-First Engineer will apply AI and LLM technologies across the full software development lifecycle for supply chain applications, from requirements and solution design through testing, deployment, documentation, and operational support. The role focuses on AI-assisted development, code generation and refactoring, test automation, CI/CD integration, legacy modernization, and measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cycle time, defect rates, and deployment speed. Candidates should have experience with GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows.
