Description
Philips is seeking an AI First Full Stack Tech Lead / Senior Developer to design, develop, and integrate agentic AI solutions within its CRM landscape, including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Conga CPQ, and CLM. The role combines enterprise application development with AI/ML, LLMs, microservices, and React.js, and focuses on building autonomous AI workflows, MCP servers, and MLOps practices to improve automation, contract lifecycle management, quoting, and customer experience. The position is office-based with at least three in-person days per week for office teams, and it emphasizes collaboration with CRM teams, strong security standards, and mentoring developers.
