Storm Ideas is hiring a remote, full-time AI-First Marketing Operator to build and run an AI-native marketing engine for its first dedicated commercial team. The role focuses on authority and demand generation through website content, articles, SEO, LinkedIn, research packs, creative assets, rebrand and website content, with heavy use of AI agents, workflows, and editorial judgment. The position is fully remote from anywhere in South Africa, pays up to ZAR 500,000 per year on a permanent contract, and requires strong writing, visual storytelling, AI tooling experience, and systems thinking.
