Nion is hiring an AI-First Senior Software Engineer for its Stockholm office. The role focuses on system design, domain modelling, architectural patterns, and especially process design for agentic and AI-assisted software development, including orchestrator–worker and evaluator–optimizer workflows. The engineer is responsible for quality judgment, security, compliance, maintainability, tooling, and accountability across the full software development lifecycle. The position requires 8+ years of hands-on software engineering, proven in-production AI-first development experience, strong client and product collaboration, and fluency in Swedish and English.
