Single Grain LLC is hiring a Talent Recruiter to lead end-to-end candidate screening and outreach for open roles. The role owns first-round values screening, 15–30-minute Zoom interviews, 10–20 personalized outbound touches per role per day, inbound screening within 48 hours, Gusto ATS tracking, AI recruiting tool pilots, hiring-manager calibration, and closing non-exec roles within 45 days. Candidates need at least three years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth SaaS or agency environments, demonstrated AI recruiting operations, quantified hiring results, data fluency, and near-shore availability with U.S. business-hour overlap.
