Long View is hiring an AI-focused Solution Architect for its Houston or Dallas branch to design, presell, and deliver Microsoft AI solutions across Azure AI, Copilot, M365, Teams, Dynamics 365, and related platforms. The role combines hands-on architecture, presales leadership, project delivery oversight, client advisory, and contribution to reusable solution assets. Candidates need at least 8 years of solution architecture, consulting, or senior engineering experience, strong Microsoft and Azure expertise, and familiarity with M365, Copilot, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, scripting, and DevOps. The position offers permanent staff status, paid training, relocation and travel opportunities, and a salary range of $134,400 to $176,400 plus a variable incentive plan.
