Nebius Academy is hiring a part-time contract Senior AI for Operations Teaching Expert to deliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers at a major Latin American insurance-brokerage group. The role adapts prepared AI workshop materials to insurance and operations contexts, explains practical applications such as process automation, productivity, quality control, and data-driven decision-making, provides relevant case studies, and supports participants in applying AI concepts to their workflows. The expert must have insurance or insurance-brokerage experience, Latin American experience, strong operational and AI knowledge, teaching or consulting experience, Spanish and English proficiency, and comfort delivering virtual instruction. Compensation is up to $200 USD per hour.
