Description
Devoteam Italy is hiring an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work with enterprise clients on end-to-end AI workflow adoption. The role involves observing processes, identifying high-value opportunities, designing and rapidly building AI solutions, deploying them in production, supporting user adoption, measuring operational and business impact, and continuously improving the solutions. The engineer will collaborate with data, cloud, software, security, compliance, and process transformation teams and may work on-site at client locations. The profile requires approximately 3–6 years of experience, knowledge of generative AI and modern AI architectures, Python and API development, cloud and workflow automation, and strong communication in Italian and English.
