Description
Swoop/Nimble is hiring an AI-Forward Engineer to build and integrate AI-powered tools, workflows, testing, and internal interfaces that accelerate teams across engineering, product, data, design, operations, sales, customer success, and marketing. The role focuses on experimenting with frontier models, AI-assisted developer tooling, CI/CD, testing automation, and internal AI platforms, while establishing best practices for agentic engineering, evaluation, cost management, security, and responsible AI use. The position requires strong software engineering experience, fluency in TypeScript, Java, and Python, hands-on Terraform/GitHub Actions/CI-CD experience, AWS knowledge, and a demonstrated interest in building with AI. It is a hybrid role based in Redwood City, California, with 2-3 days in office and asks applicants to include GitHub links.
