Sauce is hiring a founding-level AI Full-Stack Engineer for its growing New York City team. The role owns ambiguous product problems from design through deployment and iteration, building AI-native features such as agents, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and evaluations across frontend, backend, data, and model integration. The engineer will partner with product and operations, make build-vs-buy decisions, and establish production feedback loops. Requirements include hands-on LLM API and SDK experience, strong full-stack ability, at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, and 3+ years building production full-stack applications.
