McKesson is hiring an AI Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered healthcare software. The role covers full-stack application development, large language model and other AI integrations, data pipelines, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, semantic kernel agents, autonomous workflows, and AI system evaluation. Candidates need at least four years of software development experience, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, and experience with AI-enhanced applications, Python, LLMs, RAG, MLOps, and related technologies.
