Description
Samba is hiring an AI/GTM Systems Engineer to build and operate production systems that connect Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other revenue and media data into unified workflows for sellers. The role focuses on multi-agent and MCP architectures, RAG pipelines, Python and API integrations, evals, reliability, A/B testing, and enablement of Claude across the Revenue organization. Candidates need 3–5 years of relevant software, data, or GTM engineering experience, production LLM and Claude expertise, and hands-on experience with sales platforms, Snowflake, dbt, and data-driven sales processes. The role is based in San Francisco or New York and offers a base salary of $175,000 to $215,000 plus equity, bonus, and long-term incentives.
